What we do
We source US-marketed specialty drugs from compliant US distributors and manufacturers and ship them to international patients on a cash-pay basis.
The treating physician keeps the clinical relationship. We keep the access pathway.
Every case is reviewed by a Reserve Meds physician panel before acceptance. Every case has one coordinator from intake to delivery confirmation.
The first call with the treating physician is 20 minutes and information-only.
What we will not do
- We do not handle DEA-scheduled drugs. No opioids, no benzodiazepines, no scheduled stimulants.
- We do not move product back into US pharmacies. Export-only, every case.
- We do not give clinical advice on a specific patient. The treating physician owns the clinical decision.
- We do not bill insurance of any kind. Cash-pay only.
- We do not pay referral fees. The model does not depend on them and we will not introduce one.
How a case moves

Treating physician introduces the case.
A short message to [email protected] or a 20-minute video call. No PHI on this first contact.

Documentation in.
Prescription, identity verification, shipping destination. The patient sends these directly to a single coordinator on our side.

Quote and physician-panel review.
Indicative range provided as soon as the therapy is known. Firm quote within 24 hours of the documentation being complete. Physician panel signs off on clinical fit.

Sourcing and cold chain.
Drug procured from a compliant US distributor or manufacturer. Cold-chain telemetry from packing through delivery where applicable.

Delivery and confirmation.
International logistics, customs clearance, signed delivery confirmation. The treating physician receives the full documentation set on request.

What we ask of you
- A clear clinical case for the therapy, in your own clinical voice.
- The patient's prescription on your letterhead.
- Confirmation that the patient is the one paying for the therapy and is aware of the cash-pay structure.
- A point of contact on your team if a clinical clarifying question arises during sourcing.
What we will never ask of you
- A patient referral fee, finder's fee, or any payment in either direction.
- Patient identifying information beyond what the prescription itself carries.
- A volume commitment, exclusivity, or a "minimum cases per quarter" arrangement.
- Your manufacturer relationships, pricing, or any commercial information about your institution.
- Anything that would put your license, your institution, or your patient at risk.
