The global pharmaceutical system was not designed to get these drugs to these patients quickly. We were.

How Reserve Meds is different

Reserve Meds is a digital health company coordinating access to specialty medicines for international named-patient programs. We help with the legal import route, the paperwork your doctor and the regulator need, and shipping that matches the medicine's label storage. Medicines are supplied through a US-licensed pharmaceutical wholesale partner. We are not a pharmacy and we do not dispense. Our model is built around three principles:

• Compliance first. We source only through a US-licensed pharmaceutical wholesale partner. Every unit is serialized, every shipment documented, and we operate strictly on-pathway in every destination country.
• Your doctor decides. Every request starts with a prescription from the patient's own treating doctor, and that prescription is verified. We never supply without it, and we do not give medical advice.
• Patient-centered. Patients and families should not have to navigate fragmented supply chains alone. We coordinate the regulatory, logistics, and clinical pieces so the patient can focus on their care.
