Adults with chronic spontaneous urticaria who remain symptomatic despite H1 antihistamines. It is an Oral BTK inhibitor (tablet, twice daily) approved by the US FDA in 2025 and may be accessible to international patients through Named Patient Program or personal-import pathways.
