Private request
For families who want a US-approved medicine handled quietly and correctly. Tell us only what we need to start. You can use initials.
How we keep your request private
- We ask for very little at first: the medicine, the country and a phone number. Initials are enough for the patient.
- We do not ask for medical files until you decide to go ahead.
- Only the people working on your request see it. We do not add you to any mailing list.
- We never publish or mention a client.
- Prefer a non-disclosure agreement before you share details? Ask and we will send one for signature before you send anything personal.
Read our privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
Send a private request
A coordinator replies within one business day. On WhatsApp we usually reply the same day.
Three levels of service
We suggest the right level after the first conversation. You can change it at any time.
Essential coordination
For one medicine where the route is simple, including medicines already registered in your country that are hard to obtain.
- A check of the medicine's registration status and the likely route in your country
- A clear document checklist for your doctor and hospital
- A written quote before you commit
- Updates on WhatsApp or email, in Arabic or English
Named-patient coordination
For a medicine that is not registered in your country and is requested through your hospital.
- Everything in Essential coordination
- The supply documents your hospital needs for its request to the regulator
- Follow-up with the hospital pharmacy until the regulator decides
- In-channel supply and cold-chain shipping to the hospital pharmacy
- A case coordinator on WhatsApp, in Arabic and English
Private office
For families and private offices with complex needs: more than one medicine, ongoing supply, or treatment that must be given at a specialist centre.
- Everything in Named-patient coordination
- One point of contact for the family or its office
- Contact with the intake team of a qualified treatment centre, with the family's consent
- Hand-off to the family's own travel and logistics providers when treatment is abroad
- Initials-only intake until you are ready
- A non-disclosure agreement on request
- One consolidated invoice
What happens next
- 1. You send the short form or message us on WhatsApp.Only the medicine, the country and a number are needed.
- 2. A coordinator replies within one business day.On WhatsApp we usually reply the same day. We contact you only through the number or email you gave.
- 3. We explain the route. We check the medicine's status in your country. If it is already registered there, we tell you and point you to the local route.
- 4. You decide. If you go ahead, your treating doctor sends the documents and we send a written quote before you commit.
What we do not do
- We do not prescribe or give medical advice. Your treating doctor decides on treatment.
- We do not supply investigational medicines. Those are requested by the treating doctor through the manufacturer's expanded-access program. We can explain that route.
- We do not pay or accept referral fees.
