What to expect on cost.
We do not publish prices. Every case gets a written custom quote before you commit.
Specialty medicine costs vary a lot from one case to the next, so we do not publish prices or price ranges. Every case gets a written custom quote after we review the prescription and documents, before you commit to anything.
What affects the cost of a case
- The medicine, its strength and pack size, and the dose your doctor prescribes. For some medicines the dose depends on body weight.
- How long the treatment lasts and how many shipments it needs.
- Shipping. Some medicines must stay cold or frozen the whole way.
- Import steps and fees in your country, such as permits and customs.
- Our coordination fee.
What your written quote shows
Your quote lists each part as a separate line: the medicine, shipping and cold-chain handling, import and customs steps, and our coordination fee. Nothing is hidden inside a single number. The quote is tied to your prescription and your country, and you get it in writing before you pay anything.
How to ask for a quote
Send us the medicine name, your country and your WhatsApp number or email. We reply within one business day. On WhatsApp we usually reply the same day. We then ask for the prescription and the medical documents we need to prepare your quote.
Our coordination fee
Your coordination fee is quoted in writing for your case before you commit. No hidden charges. The fee covers the work of the case: intake review by the Reserve Meds clinical operations team (with AI tools to help), verification of your doctor's prescription, documentation for your country's named-patient pathway, coordination with our US-licensed pharmaceutical wholesale partner, which supplies the medicine, cold-chain logistics management, and case coordination through delivery and the first follow-up cycle.
