Who we are
Reserve Meds is a digital health company. Medicines are supplied through a US-licensed pharmaceutical wholesale partner.
Reserve Meds is a coordination company. We are not a pharmacy, we do not dispense medicines, and we are not the manufacturer of any medicine.
Where medicines come from
Medicines are supplied by a US-licensed pharmaceutical wholesale partner. We coordinate access to FDA-approved medicines only.
We do not supply investigational medicines. A medicine that is not yet approved is only available through the manufacturer's expanded access program, requested by the treating doctor.
Import needs approval in your country
Importing a medicine into your country is subject to approval by that country's regulator, such as SFDA in Saudi Arabia or EDE in the UAE. The regulator decides. We cannot guarantee approval or a timeline.
Medicines are delivered to the hospital or facility named in the approval, not to a home address, unless the destination rules allow otherwise.
We do not give medical advice
Information on this website and from our team is general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace your own doctor.
Your treating doctor decides whether a medicine is right for you, writes the prescription, and is responsible for your care.
Pricing
Your coordination fee is quoted in writing for your case before you commit. No hidden charges.
Any medicine price we show is for the medicine only and is not your final cost. Your total cost, including shipping, import steps and coordination, is quoted per case.
Timelines
Any timeline we show is a planning estimate, not a promise. Regulators, manufacturers, hospitals and shipping each set part of the time.

We handle personal and health information as described in our privacy notice. Please read it at /legal/privacy before you send medical records.
