The short answer

For most Gulf families who need an FDA-approved medicine, Reserve Meds is the better fit: one Gulf-focused team that works in Arabic, a written custom quote and a written timeline estimate before you commit, an Arabic patient portal, and your own doctor and hospital in charge. Everyone.org may suit you better if your medicine is approved in Europe or elsewhere but not by the FDA.

  • Choose Reserve Meds if: the medicine is FDA-approved and you want Arabic service, WhatsApp contact and your Gulf hospital involved.
  • Consider Everyone.org if: the medicine is approved outside the US but not by the FDA, or you want to collect it in Europe.
  • Both services: need a prescription from your treating doctor and payment before the medicine is ordered.
  • Independent: Reserve Meds is not affiliated with Everyone.org. Details about Everyone.org come from its own website, checked 19 October 2026.

FDA-approved medicines from the US supply chain

Reserve Meds is a digital health company. Medicines are supplied through a US-licensed pharmaceutical wholesale partner. The US Drug Supply Chain Security Act sets out an electronic, interoperable way to identify and trace certain prescription medicines at the package level as they move through the US supply chain.[5]

US wholesale distributors must be licensed and report their licensure to the FDA every year to count as authorized trading partners under that law. Ask us for our wholesale partner's licence details.[15]

Your own doctor and hospital stay in charge

Your treating doctor prescribes and makes every medical decision. We work with your doctor and your hospital on the route your country allows, and we prepare the documents the regulator or hospital asks for. In our experience, the step that takes longest is rarely the regulator's review itself; it is getting the prescription, the medical report and the hospital's paperwork ready in the right form.

When Everyone.org may suit you better

We would rather you choose the service that fits your case than choose us for the wrong one. Everyone.org may be the better choice when:

  • Your medicine is approved outside the US but not by the FDA. Everyone.org says it helps with medicines approved somewhere else in the world, and its site lists medicines approved by the EMA. Reserve Meds coordinates FDA-approved medicines only.[2, 4]
  • You want to collect the medicine in Europe. Everyone.org says pick-up in Europe is often an option.[6]
  • You need help in a language other than Arabic or English. Its FAQ lists eight team languages besides English.[9]

If your medicine is not approved anywhere yet, neither service is the route. Your treating doctor can ask the manufacturer about expanded access, which needs the company's agreement.[2, 16]

How to decide in three questions

  1. Is the medicine FDA-approved? If yes, send it to us and we will tell you whether and how we can help. If it is approved only outside the US, ask Everyone.org.
  2. Who will handle the paperwork, and in which language? If the answer is Arabic, or a busy family member on WhatsApp, Reserve Meds is built for that.
  3. Does your hospital need to be involved, for example to give an infusion? We work with your treating hospital from the start.

Whichever you choose, ask for the quote and the timeline in writing and compare them line by line. Our questions to ask and comparison method work for any service, including ours.

How Reserve Meds helps

Reserve Meds is a digital health company. Medicines are supplied through a US-licensed pharmaceutical wholesale partner. We help families and treating doctors understand the route, prepare the documents the regulator or hospital asks for, arrange supply from the US once approval is in place, and keep everyone updated. We do not diagnose, prescribe or decide what a regulator approves.

We coordinate access to FDA-approved medicines only. Investigational medicines are only available through a manufacturer's expanded-access program requested by the treating physician; we can explain that route, but we do not supply them. Your coordination fee is quoted in writing for your case before you commit. No hidden charges. We give you a written timeline estimate for your case before you commit.

Ask us about your medicine

Tell us the medicine, your country and a WhatsApp or phone number. We will tell you if we can help, and if not, which route may fit better. We reply within one business day. On WhatsApp we usually reply the same day.

Include the country code, for example +966 or +971.
