Rasonque (daraxonrasib): what it is and how families in the Gulf can get it
Plain facts from FDA and manufacturer sources, and the legal routes for families in the Gulf.
Reviewed by the Reserve Meds clinical operations team on 13 October 2026.
The short answer
Rasonque (daraxonrasib) is an FDA-approved oral RAS inhibitor made by Revolution Medicines. The FDA approved it on 26 August 2026 for previously treated metastatic pancreatic cancer. At US approval, Revolution Medicines said daraxonrasib had not been approved by any regulator outside the United States, and that the European Medicines Agency had started a review. We found no Gulf registration in public sources as of 13 October 2026. In Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar, the legal route is usually a named-patient request: the treating hospital asks the national regulator for permission to import it for one patient. Clinical trials and expanded access
On 17 October 2026 we searched ClinicalTrials.gov, the clinical study registry of the US National Library of Medicine, for studies that list daraxonrasib as an intervention. The search found studies that are recruiting or not yet recruiting. See the current list on ClinicalTrials.gov.
Whether a patient can join a trial or an expanded access program is decided by the study team or the manufacturer, together with the treating doctor. Reserve Meds does not run trials or supply investigational medicines. We can help you and your doctor read a listing and understand the route.
